2 TB Harmonic Arts Sea Breeze Artisan Tea

1/2 TSP Harmonic Arts Organic Maca Powder

1/2 Cup Nut Mylk

1 TSP Maple Syrup
- Dash of Sea Salt
How to Make Your Stress-Busting Peppermint Hot Cacao
- Place your Sea Breeze tea in a mason jar and cover with 2 cups of boiled water. Seal and steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the tea leaves and add to a blender, along with your 5 Mushroom Cacao, maple syrup and nut mylk.
- Blend until frothy.
- Divide between two of your favourite mugs and share with a friend who you love to relax with.
- Sip, soothe and enjoy!
