5 Mushroom Chocolate 

Not your average hot chocolate, our 5 Mushroom Chocolate Elixir features Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Reishi and Turkey Tail. These powerful functional mushrooms work together to support whole-body balance and a grounded body and mind. Smooth and velvety, this Elixir is packed with heirloom Cacao, an antioxidant-rich superfood that activates feel-good neurotransmitters to uplift our mood in stressful times. 

Golden Mylk 

Warming and restorative, Golden Mylk Elixir features Turmeric, Ashwagandha and Turkey Tail. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps to regulate stress response, promoting a calm body and mind. Turkey Tail contains prebiotic properties that feed good bacteria and promote balance within the gut microbiome, while Turmeric eases inflammation and nurtures the digestive tract. 

Matcha Mind 

Our Matcha Mind Elixir is powered by mind and mood enhancing superfoods like Matcha, Lion’s Mane and Moringa. These herbal allies work to improve cognitive function, focus and mental clarity, giving the body a gentle boost of energy without the crash. 

Activate 

Our Activate Elixir features a rich blend of mushrooms and herbs to ignite your senses and restore energy. Robust and earthy, Chaga and Roasted Dandelion Root support detoxification and aid in protecting the body from free radical damage. 

Fun Fact: Why We Use Cacao 

Known as the nectar of the gods, Cacao is included in many of our Elixirs for multiple reasons. It energizes and uplifts while also acting as a delivery system for the other herbs, superfoods and mushrooms within the Elixir formula. As a circulatory stimulant, Cacao opens the heart and the blood vessels, helping to accelerate the absorption of nutrients. This helpful ingredient allows the bioactive compounds within your herbs to make their way through the body and spread their medicinal properties. 

How to Elevate Your Elixir

When crafting Elixirs, it’s important to always include a source of fat. Fats create deeper, more even absorption of nutritive compounds by slowing digestion. Try including coconut oil, grass-fed butter, ghee, tahini, or nut butter to your next Elixir creation. 

How to Craft the Perfect Elixir 

Hot Elixir 

1. Add 1 TSP of coconut oil, 1 TSP of honey and 8oz of hot water, Artisan Tea or nut mylk into a blender. 
2. Add your chosen Elixir and optional Tincture Blend according to package directions. 
3. Blend until frothy. 
4. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy! 

Iced Elixir

1. Add 1 TSP of coconut oil, 1 TSP of honey and 8oz of water, cooled Artisan Tea or nut mylk into a blender. 
2. Add your chosen Elixir and optional Tincture Blend according to package directions. 
3. Blend until frothy. 
4. Pour into your favourite glass, top with ice and enjoy!
