What You’ll Need

• Popsicle Mold 
  
• Popsicle Sticks 
  
• 2 Ripe Avocados 
  
• 1 Cup Nut Mylk 
  
• 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 
  
• 4 TB Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Chocolate Elixir 
  
• 1 TSP Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract 

How to Make your 5 Mushroom Fudgesicles

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
2. Pour the mixture into popsicles molds and insert sticks. 
3. Freeze for 2-4 hours until hardened. 
4. Remove from the mold and enjoy!
