- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Tahini
- 2 TB Coconut Oil
- 2 TSP Moontime Herbal Tea
- 1/4 TSP Cinnamon
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Optional Toppings: Dried Rose Petals or Cacao Nibs
How to Make Your Moontime Squares
- Steep the Moontime Tea in 1/4 cup hot water for 10–15 mins to create a concentrated brew, then cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond flour, 5 Mushroom Cacao, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a saucepan, gently warm tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil, and the concentrated Moontime Tea until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined and then press into a small, parchment-lined pan.
- Sprinkle with dried rose petals or cacao nibs and chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
- Slice into squares and enjoy during your moontime!
