What You'll Need
1 C Shredded Coconut
1 C Rolled oats
3/4 C Peanut butter or other nut butter (or mix two or more!)
1/4 C Harmonic Arts Cacao Nibs
2 TBS Harmonic Arts Chia Seeds
2 TBS Hemp seeds
2 TBS Pumpkin seeds
1/2 C Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews etc)
4 TBS Ground flax
1/3 C Raw Honey
1 TBS Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Concentrated Powder
1 TSP Vanilla extract
How to Make Your 5 Mushroom Peanut Butter Balls
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
- Form into portion sized balls by rolling between your hands. Mixture will be sticky; if needed, oil hands to make handling easier.
- Chill to firm, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Hi Susan, thank you for your question. The quantity of balls you get will depend on how large you make them, but generally you should get about 12 balls per recipe.
