This soothing recipe makes 2 servings. 

What You’ll Need

• Blender 
  
• 2 Mugs 
  
• 2 TB Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Chocolate Elixir 
  
• 2 TB Harmonic Arts Sea Breeze Artisan Tea 
  
• 1/2 TSP Harmonic Arts Organic Maca Powder 
  
• 1/2 Cup Nut Mylk 
  
• 1 TSP Maple Syrup 
  
• Dash of Sea Salt 

How to Make Your Stress-Busting Peppermint Hot Cacao

1. Place your Sea Breeze tea in a mason jar and cover with 2 cups of boiled water. Seal and steep for 15 minutes. 
2. Strain the tea leaves and add to a blender, along with your 5 Mushroom Chocolate, maple syrup and nut mylk. 
3. Blend until frothy. 
4. Divide between two of your favourite mugs and share with a friend who you love to relax with. 
5. Sip, soothe and enjoy!
