1 TBSP Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Chocolate Elixir

How to Make this Rose Cacao Moontime Elixir
- Begin by making a quick tea infusion. Cover 2 tbsp of Moontime Tea with 1.5 cups boiling water and steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain tea and add to blender.
- Add in 5 Mushroom Chocolate, Tahini, your sweetener of choice, and Cardamom.
- Blend on high. Optional: kick up the floral notes of this Elixir by blending in 1 TSP of Rose Water.
- Pour into your favourite mug, garnish with rose petals, and sip to moontime self-care!
