Our Matcha Mind Elixir

In Chinese folklore, Lion's Mane promotes nerves of steel and the memory of a lion. Monks and warriors alike used it to build concentration and focus. Lion’s Mane is also packed with antioxidants, supporting the body in protecting against damage caused by free radicals.

Moringa is known as the “Miracle Tree” due to its exceptional nutrient value and has been used as a healing plant for centuries. It has a history of being used for mental clarity, increasing energy and soothing inflammation.

What You’ll Need

• 1-2 tsp Harmonic Arts Matcha Mind Elixir 
  
• ½ Cup sparkling water 
  
• 1 Cup of cold Harmonic Arts Sea Breeze Tea 
  
• Fresh Mint for garnish 
  
• Fresh Lemon for garnish 
  
• Ice cubes 

How to Make Your Minty Matcha Mind Iced Tea

1. Brew 1 cup of Sea Breeze Tea. Allow to cool. 
2. Blend 1-2 tsp Matcha Mind with the cold tea. 
3. Add sparkling water and ice cubes. 
4. Garnish with mint and lemon. 
5. Sip slowly and enjoy!
