What You'll Need
- 2c. Hot Water
- 1/2c. Cashews, soaked
- 3 tbsp. Cacao powder
- 2 tsp. Beet powder or 1/2 medium beet, cooked and grated
- 3-4 Soft dates or 1-2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/2-1 tsp. Harmonic Arts Lions Mane Concentrated Mushroom Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
How to Make Your Chocolate Beet Latte
- Place cashews in a small bowl and cover with hot water for 10-20 minutes.
- Strain, rinse and place in blender with all other ingredients. Blitz until smooth.
- Add maple syrup or honey to taste for desired sweetness.
- Pour into your favourite mugs and savour!

This is a really good drink. I used a vita mix and I think a high powered blender would be essential. It was thick, creamy, and chocolatey and I couldn’t taste any beets or lions mane. Delicious.
