What You'll Need
- 1 Cup Raw, Unsalted Almonds
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Diced
- ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Cremini Mushrooms
- 1 Cup Shiitake Mushrooms
- 2 TSP Herbes de Provence
- 2 TSP Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Powder
- ½ TSP Salt
- ¼ Cup Filtered Water
How to Make Your 5 Mushroom & Garlic Pâté
- Place almonds in a food processor and blend until they look like almond meal.
- Dice garlic cloves and saute in olive oil on low heat until translucent.
- Slice mushrooms and add to pan with salt and herbes de provence.
- Cook mushrooms well until they become darker and release their juices.
- Remove from heat and add to the food processor with almond meal. Mix in the food processor until they are fully incorporated.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed, until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, plate with crackers or veggie sticks, and enjoy with loved ones!
