We all scream for ice cream! This dairy-free, healthy Cashew Matcha Ice Cream is easy to make at home - a treat you can feel good about.

Makes 3 cups.
What You'll Need
- 1 c cashews, soaked overnight and drained
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp Harmonic Arts Matcha Mind Herbal Latte
- ¼ c coconut milk
- ¼ c maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until thick and creamy.
- Pour into a loaf pan, and freeze 4 hours before serving. (If you freeze it longer, remove from freezer 1/2 hr before serving)
- It can also be frozen in popsicle molds for easy to serve bars!
