Beat the heat while giving your tummy some love with this refreshing recipe. Also known as “drinking vinegar”, a shrub is made from a combination of herbs, vinegar, sugar, and occasionally, fruit. The natural fermentation that takes place is nourishing for the gut microbiome and helps to reduce inflammation in the body. Shrubs can be taken as a shot on their own or mixed with water, tea, or other drinks. This cooling and digestion-boosting shrub will take your mocktails to the next level with its delicious, functional benefits.
