Golden Mylk Sunshine

As we prepare to shift into spring, it’s key to nourish our digestive system with supportive herbs. This Golden Mylk Sunshine recipe is inspired by Haldi Doodh (Golden Milk), a traditional Indian drink made with milk, turmeric, ginger and peppercorn. This calming blend of herbs is the perfect go-to remedy for soothing upset tummies, aches, anxiety, and insomnia.

Our twist on this recipe highlights our sunny Golden Mylk Elixir and Digestive Harmony Tincture. The herbal allies in these blends have been used for thousands of years to nurture gut health, ease inflammation and boost stress resilience.

Featured Ingredients

Golden Mylk Elixir

Our Golden Mylk Elixir features Turmeric, Ashwagandha and Turkey Tail. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps regulate stress response, promoting a calm body and mind. Turkey Tail contains prebiotic properties that feed good bacteria and promote balance within the gut microbiome. Turmeric’s warming properties support circulation while soothing inflammation.

Digestive Harmony Tincture

Our Digestive Harmony Tincture has been formulated by Clinical Herbalists to stimulate digestion and support overall gut health. It’s powered by Fennel, Meadowsweet, Ginger and other tummy-loving herbs to increase bile flow and support nutrient absorption while reducing gas and bloating.
