Temporary Shipping Policy Update
Due to the Canada Post strike, we are currently offering shipping exclusively through FedEx. However, please note that in some rural areas, FedEx may defer to Canada Post for last-mile delivery, which may result in extended delivery times or, in rare cases, lost packages.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these temporary changes to continue providing you with high-quality service.
Order Desk & Customer Service Hours
Harmonic Arts is committed to providing our customers with the best service possible. Our customer service is available from 8:30am - 4:30pm PST, Monday to Friday. We are closed for all British Columbia statutory holidays. Our office will also be closed for the Holidays from December 21st to December 29th, 2024. We will reopen on December 30th, 2024.
Orders & Processing
We encourage customers to place orders online through our website to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing. If you prefer to place your order via email, fax, or phone we will send you an order confirmation within 2 business days.
- Wholesale accounts minimum order is $250 before taxes.
- Our standard order processing time is 2-3 business days. Please refer to the policy below for estimated shipping times to your area.
Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all wholesale orders (please note, wholesale orders must be a minimum of $250 before taxes to be filled). We ship all orders with Canada Post or FedEx, and the shipping time will vary depending on your distance from Vancouver Island. Refused packages are subject to a returned shipping fee.
Approximate shipping times are as follows:
- British Columbia: 2-3 business days
- Alberta/Saskatchewan: 3-4 business days
- Manitoba/Ontario/Québec: 5-6 business days
- Eastern Canada: 6-7 business days
- USA: 2-4 weeks
Shipping to USA
All packages to the USA are shipped via FedEx and are subject to shipping charges. Tracking is available on all USA shipping methods via FedEx. We do not ship to any other international locations.
Pricing Policy
We strive to provide competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality standards on all our products. However, due to market fluctuations, prices may change without notice. Please see our website at https://wholesale.harmonicarts.ca/ for current pricing.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and E-transfer. To enquire about 30-day terms, please contact wholesale@harmonicarts.ca
Out of Stock Items
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, an order invoice will be emailed to you showing any out of stock items. We do not offer a back-ordering service. You can sign up to receive an email notification on specific products that are out of stock on our wholesale website.
Returns
We guarantee the quality of our products. If there is a quality issue with a product, it can be returned for a full refund. All return requests must be accompanied by a claim form, found here.
- Unopened product may be returned within 60 days of the invoice date, no exceptions.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
- We do not accept returns of expired or short-dated products.
We will cover shipping charges for the product to be returned in the following instances:
- If there was a shipping or packing error made by Harmonic Arts.
- If you are returning product due to a quality issue.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please contact wholesale@harmonicarts.ca to arrange a return.
Repackaging Harmonic Arts Products
We welcome retailers, manufacturers, and health care professionals to repackage any single ingredient that Harmonic Arts sells. Proprietary blends may only be sold under the Harmonic Arts brand including Herbal Lattes, Teas, Mushroom Capsules, Mushroom Tinctures, Blended Tinctures, and Syrups.
