Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for an amazing individual with the shared vision to grow, collaborate, and be inspired in the full-time position of a Sales Support Coordinator.

The Role

In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, shipping and provide support for sales and demo representatives. You are a team player who assists our wholesale team, order entry/credits team, and customer service team. You play an integral part by supporting other departments and team members.  You have a passion for the natural health industry, excellent communication skills, and adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  •  Support wholesale sales team with specific requests such as: invoices, tracking shipments, mis-ships, damaged products, credit card payments, updating account information, follow-up and sample shipping from education events, potential to engage in sales calls, and other support as required. 
  • Data administration duties using systems such as EDI and ERP to support our order entry, credits, invoicing, and sales.
  • Support our order entry and credits team with entering orders, processing credits, updating account details in our systems, maintaining reports, and other tasks as required. 
  • Provide exceptional customer care - conduit for all wholesale customers in providing marketing materials for: new product launches, line extensions, and educational materials.  
  • Coordinate our demo program: tracking and reporting of demo events, support scheduling where necessary, auditing invoices and sending to finance for payments, tracking demo product and assets inventory and arranging quarterly shipments to demo reps, coordinating with any demo companies we work with. 
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with B2B and B2C customers: phone/email inquiries, account support, redirecting inquiries as required. 
  • Review and approve wholesale applications and set up new wholesale accounts in our systems. 
  • Other duties as required. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role or sales support role is an asset.
  • Highschool graduate or equivalent.
  • Experienced with MS365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive/SharePoint).
  • Proven track-record of representing at least one consumer packed goods brand/product line an asset. 
  • Knowledge of retail listing paperwork and customer marketing programs. 
  • Experience working in an ERP or CRM system is an asset. 
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Bilingual: French/English is an asset. 
  • Clear communication skills: verbal, written, visual.

Compensation

$43,000-$55,000 per year
