Recommended Use:
Traditionally used in herbal medicine for digestive disturbances and complaints such as mild spasms and cramps of the gastrointestinal tract (colic), feeling of repletion and bloating, and flatulence, and for loss of appetite.

Recommended Dose:
Adults 2-5ml 3 times per day
