Immune-Supportive Shiitake Miso
This immune-supportive Miso soup is delicious and nourishing for the body and soul. The perfect vegetarian bone-broth alternative.
You'll Need:
1.5tbsp. Miso
2c Brewed Harmonic Arts' Tonic Immuni-Tea
5 Dehydrated shiitake mushrooms - rehydrated in hot water for 10 minutes and sliced
1 Handful spinach
2 Droppers of Harmonic Arts' Immune Depth Tincture
Pinch of Harmonic Arts' Sea Veg Blend
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Method:
Blend hot water and miso in blender or by hand with a fork until well combined. Add sliced, rehydrated shitake mushrooms, a handful of fresh spinach, pinch of Sea Veg Blend and spinkle sesame seeds for garnish.
