Iced Herbal Tea
Stay cool with our favourite herbal iced tea recipes for summer!
1/4 Cup Harmonic Arts Sea Breeze Tea, Songbird, or Calm Belly Artisan Tea Blend (or use your favourite Harmonic Arts Artisan Tea)
1-2 Litres Boiling water
1/4 Cup Raw Honey
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1. Add tea blend to a teapot or large mason jar and fill with boiling water. Cover and allow to steep until cool.
2. Strain the tea leaves and add honey and lemon juice.
3. Chill or serve with ice cubes.
4. Optional garnishes: fresh herbs (mint, lemon balm, lavender, basil, cinnamon, ginger), fruit or berries (strawberry, raspberry, melon, lemon).
