What You’ll Need:

Popsicle Mold 

Popsicle Sticks 

2 Ripe Avocados 

1 Cup Nut Mylk 

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 

4 TB Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Chocolate Elixir 

1 TSP Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract 


How to Make your 5 Mushroom Fudgesicles:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicles molds and insert sticks. 
  3. Freeze for 2-4 hours until hardened. 
  4. Remove from the mold and enjoy!
