5 Mushroom Peanut Butter Balls
Tasty, quick, and fun to make with kids! (We dare you to try and taste the mushrooms!)
Easy to adapt to ingredients you have on hand, these are a treat you can feel good about!
1 C Harmonic Arts Shredded Coconut
1 C Rolled oats
3/4 C Peanut butter or other nut butter (or mix two or more!)
1/4 C Harmonic Arts Cacao Nibs
2 TBS Harmonic Arts Chia Seeds
2 TBS Hemp seeds
2 TBS Pumpkin seeds
1/2 C Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews etc)
4 TBS Ground flax
1/3 C Harmonic Arts Raw Honey
1 TBS Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Concentrated Powder
1 TSP Vanilla extract
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
2. Form into portion sized balls by rolling between your hands. Mixture will be sticky; if needed, oil hands to make handling easier.
3. Chill to firm, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
