5 Mush Chocolate Balls
Packed with nutritious ingredients, these nutty chocolate balls also provide a dose of immune supporting mushrooms!
- 1/4 C Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Chocolate, + a bit for topping
- 1/2 C Nuts (Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Cashews etc)
- 1/2 C Nut butter (peanut, almond, sunflower seed.. up to you!)
- 1 C Almond Flour
- 6-8 Pitted Dates
- 2 TBS Harmonic Arts Cacao Nibs
- 1 TBS Harmonic Arts Chia Seeds
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
- A pinch of Harmonic Arts Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until the texture is sticky and even.
2. Roll into 2" balls.
3. Roll the balls in additional 5 Mushroom Chocolate powder to coat.
4. Chill and enjoy!
